Dr.Gulam Ahmed

Dr.Gulam Ahmed (1910 – 1987) was born  in Hyderabad Deccen. He graduated in Medicine from Osmania University in 1934 and went to England in 1936 fro further studies.There he obtained M.R.C.S (Eng) L.R.C.P. (Edinburg),D.P.H. (Ireland), He returned to Hyderabad in 1942 and resumed the government service.

He Served in various capacities from Civil Surgeon to the Regional Health Officer and retired in 1967 as Director of Public Health  of Andhra Pradesh.
